Bubbles Car and Dog Wash

The dog wash wasn't working after I paid. I left a message and a lady called me back and agreed that it was broken and the parts had been ordered to fix it she asked if I'd like to come back I said no and requested a refund she said she would get back with me after speaking with the owner but never did. I've left several messages to try and resolve the issue but still no response.
