We had our roof replaced after the November storm and chose Infinity RoofingOur insurance adjuster met with a rep from Infinity on June 14, Our roof was not competed until the middle of AugustI have no idea when Infinity sent the final bill to our insurance company but the second check from them was dated September and we received it October The check was made out to my husband and myselfHe was out of townHe got home on the 10th and I had him sign but didn't get it mailed right thenWe received a demand letter from Infinity dated October with a Spokane return address, postal stamped October from Houston, TX, and received it October The letter stated if not paid by the 17th, Monday, they would file a mechanics lien That was the first day I could've even mailed the money The rep's wife called on the 17th When I had initially met with her she said to hold the initial check and mail them all together when I received that final check I told her the time sequence and that I was mailing the checksShe said she would contact the corporate office and tell themHowever, I received a voicemail from the corporate office today, the 21st, and was told they would release the lien but would take around daysI do not know what Infinity's delay was in billing the final amount to our insurance company was, but that was not our faultIn the voicemail she said it was their protocol This is so unfair and wrong that they have the power to mess with someone's credit when their lack of promptly billing caused it
Infinity Roofing & Siding, Increplaced the roof on a rental house we own in the Spring of 2016, following a bad wind storm in November where houses all over the neighborhood lost shingles like leaves off the trees! There were so many homes in the area damaged from that storm we had difficulty getting any roofing companies to even respond to our callsInfinity worked with us and our insurance company to replace the roof in as timely a manner as possible and we only had to pay the deductibleOnce they started they got it done quicklyThey were there when they said they would be and did an excellent jobWe would definitely use them again,
We live in Billings, Mt, the home town of hail stormsInfinity has done homes for us in the last two yearsOne home was done twice because of two different storms We worked with Fred, Torey and Trey Yorloff of InfinityWe could not be happier with the out come on all the projectsIf needed again we will always go with Infinity and the Yorloffs
