After signing up in *** website, I opened an application, I already had a business plan and I wanted to upload it in few days, I had received several emails and calls from them or their affiliates to help me make a perfect business plan, I was very optimist and scheduled a meeting with Business Advice company, First D. H., then A. N. and finally A. A.. they were very promising and offered me three packages and they did a good job convincing me to choose the Bentley Package (The top) which cost me *** CAD, I have to add 90% of the material was provided by me, A subcontractor of Business Advice (J. P.) took over the job. She was a nice lady and polished my worked nicely but *** CAD for polishing it's a huge amount. Anyway I was very happy and optimist at that time they told me I may qualify for loans up to $2M .
After the business plan got ready I sent it to *** and it took almost 5 month to get the following result:

IMPORTANT MESSAGE: Although we are not able to provide feedback to Applicants regarding their Business Plan proposal, please note that priority funding consideration was given to Applicants that were able to demonstrate Matching Funds.

The interesting part is that I showed proof for matching funds too, I dedicated 6 months of my life and all of savings for this project. I believe Business Advice and *** are working very closely and they convince applicants to use their service. Business Advice could also extend the deadline of my application for several times something an individual can do only once in the lifetime of application. I really want to know how many applicants receive ***? because the list of recent *** recipient is always the same. The funny part is they encourage me to use their services again. What these two organizations had done to me was not fair. The minimum compensation is to refund the whole amount I paid for polishing my business plan *** CAD.
