BTTW Warranty

They do not follow through on the warranty and then I was told that they would pay the *** for the diagnostic and when I called to see when my lawnmower will be dropped off I was told that I would have to pay half because they were only paying half there's nothing nothing like honesty and integrity and they have none

I am going to tell *** that how much I am in pain because of this company.They send my mower first time and there my mower came unrepaired and I paid *** and on the same day I complained about the same issue. And now I have to pay *** again for the same issue which not properly dignosed.
Very bad service I got. I am very frustated.
