BT Express Piano Movers

The piano was dropped, damaging the piano and wall. The manager stated that the piano would be repaired the following day, but no one showed up. A call was again placed but no one answered. A call was placed 4 days after the incident stating that the company would come back the following day to repair the wall and piano, but no one showed up. A call was placed 2 days after that and the manager said that they would call me back that same day before noon with a plan. It has been 5 days since that incident and the manager has not been returning calls or answering texts or voicemails. We had to get another company to move the damaged piano and fix the wall ourselves. This company seems to have stopped responding to me.
