You request clarification on my complaint # ***. The contractor & I agreed on a price for the job prior to the start of the project I prepaid the gravel pit for the loads required to do my job. I paid the contractor his money after the start of the project he reassured me that our numbers were good. I returned to the property a few months later to check the job and touch base to discuss price for foundation dig which was not including in the original price and make sure we were on track. The contractor said all good my wife will send you the bill. In November I received the bill with completely different numbers and Job then had been agreed upon, which had 37 loads of gravel more than I paid the gravel pit moved that was false, and a additional project that I did not even authorize.
