I ordered a guitar amplifier cover on-line on 2/22/13 and received an email sales confirmation but no details as far as when to expect the item to be shipped. I have sent several emails of inquiry and there has been no response and they do not have a phone number listed. Shame on me for not checking for complaints from customers as there seem to be many people posting on discussion boards that they have not been able to contact BS Covers and want to get a refund.They did have this message on the email I received: Thank you for your order, xxxxxxxxxxx! When your package ships, you will receive a ship notification e-mail directly from the postal service at the email address you provided containing tracking information. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery depending on your location. If you need to contact us regarding your order please email [email protected] and provide your name and the date the order was placed. Thank you, we appreciate your business!
