BRV Mold Removal

Review: BRV Mold Removal was paid $4986.00 for services to 1175 Fiddlers Ln in November of 2014.BRV Mold Removal was called in July of 2015 and made aware that all of the work done had basically fallen apart. The Humidex installed was not helping the problem at all. The basement is now the most moist it has been. New mold has appeared. The humidex is not intended to be installed in conditioned air. It has never turned offAnd had caused more problems.Bobby V[redacted] Came to see the issue on 8/1/15. He agreed there was a major issue. He claimed that he would fixIt even if he had to refund the money and fix the damage. He asked me to try running The system with the door seal removed to the basement. This was tried and did not help. He then asked me to trywith the door completely open. This was also tried and did not help. I sent him this information and he has quit responding.I have sent numerous messages and made numerous calls with no reply. He finally had a lady call me and tell me he was going out of business and would not be able to do anything for me.Desired Settlement: After numerous attempts to resolve the problem otherwise I would like a refund.
