This message is in regards to ** [redacted]. After reviewing her account, and status of her treatment, we were able to start  treatment without accepting FULL payment up front from her as a courtesy to help her out**. [redacted] paid a minimum of $50 down on 5/20/17 to begin dentures,...

followed by extractions at a later date. We have not received full payment for the extractions. The total received from *. [redacted] to date is $443.20 (Which includes upper/lower dentures and 15(FIFTEEN) extractions). We have attempted to collect multiple times from ** [redacted] but her payments for scheduled payment plans have been denied. [redacted] also has provided inaccurate information for Credit Cards numbers to placeon file (she advises she needs new information from her husband).
