I have been trying to "arrange a time" to get my certificate, and, every time, for some reason or another, it has been
unavailable for pick up or delivery. I have my completion paper signed off by the instructor, but have not yet been able to obtain a copy of my certificate, and will not be satisfied until it is in my hand

As I stated prior, the safest way is for you to pick up your certificate from us. If you want the original mailed, we will do that. We will send it by certified mail to ensure receipt
