What Brunelle
Chiropractic is saying is that they are paying $because that is the
equivalent of sessions at the discount rate ($70$ -20% discount)The problem
is that what I paid for the sessions doesn't amount to the total quantity
they are stating (I'm also attaching proof of payment)They mention in the
letter sent to me that I have used all my "other services" like
massages and "other treatments"I don't know what they mean as other
treatments as I didn't get any other treatments, not even the x-rays that they
were supposed to do to understand what the cause of my pain wasIn terms of
the massages, I didn't use all of them given that once I got injured I had to
cancel one massage session so at least that one I haven't used and they were
covered in the sessions I paid for as they told me when they said "
treatment sessions cost $1,including the 20% discount for cash
payment"
Therefore, once again I
request the total amount owed to me to be refundThis would mean the

Review: Some months ago I bought a package in Brunelle Chiropractic to get 24 sessions of massage and chiropractic treatment for $1,762 paid on July 1. After 19 sessions I have had some medical issues with my cervical nerves and my physician has prescribed me not to get any more chiropractic sessions. Therefore I wrote Brunelle Chiropractic office to request a refund of the 5 sessions I was missing.
Before requesting the refund we exchanged some messages where I let them know my health issues and that I couldn’t go to my next sessions. They showed interest in how I was and were answering my messages alive until I requested them a refund on those sessions I was not going to receive. They didn’t answer me any of the following 4 messages I sent until I talked about going to talk to my lawyer. Then they answered that I needed to send a formal letter to the office requesting the refund and that they will refund the 5 sessions to me after that.
I did what they asked me to and sent a formal signed letter via email to the address they provided me with all the necessary details. I asked for confirmation of receipt via email and text message but more than a week after and more than 5 messages/emails I haven’t heard back from them.
Below the letter sent:
"Dear Dr. Prescott,
I hereby request the refund of the amount paid for the 5 chiropractic sessions I will not be able to get due to medical prescription.
The total amount paid on July 1 for 24 sessions was $1,762. Therefore I request a refund for the correspondent 5 sessions which amount to $367.08 The address where to send the check for $367.08 is the following:
xxxxxxxx
xxxxxxx
xxxxxxx
Please proceed immediately to send the check for the amount indicated above.
Regards,"Desired Settlement: The minimum I expect is a partial refund of the 5 sessions I won't be able to get due to medical prescription and that has already been promised by Brunelle Chiropractic. The refund should amount $367.08 which is the proportional part of those 5 sessions out of the 24 I paid for $1,762

I reject the business response
because although they have refunded me some of the money, they haven't refunded
the complete amount owed and requested. Indeed as soon as I received the letter
from Brunelle Chiropractic with a check for $280 instead of the $367.08 owed I
wrote directly to them at first although once again they didn't answer me.

Review: On 2/22/2014, I purchased 3 vouchers for 1-Hour Relaxation Massage from OolaMassage at Brunelle Chiropractic ([redacted]. The amount was for $29 each voucher.
On 6/18/2014, I called Brunelle Chiropractic and spoke with [redacted] to make appts (for different dates, for my husband, myself, and my sister) for these 3 vouchers and it came to my surprise that they were not flexible with their massage availability and they do not honor their service sold as "1-hr Relaxation Massage". Their last appt is at 6pm which they "obligate you" to come at least 30 min prior to complete paperwork, watch a 7 min video, and see the Chiropractor for a consultation. Also the receptionist told me that if my consultation takes longer than 30', it will be taken off my 1hr massage. This is not honoring their service; I felt I got lied. I told her it is not printed on the voucher nor in the Terms & Conditions that we "must" watch the 7 min video nor see the Chiropractor in order to get the massage. This means a good 15-30 min is wasted.
Also that if these 2 items takes longer, it will shorten my massage time. I told her I have no pain and I do not want to see the Chiropractor, can I please just get the 1 hour massage as per the voucher? She said no. She was very firm this is the way it has to be and I can not work around it.
Their Terms says: "Limit 1 per customer, may purchase 2 additional as gifts. Appointment required, based on availability. Valid only for option purchased. 24hs cancellation required. 17 and younger must be accompanied by a guardian. Days and times vary by provider; contact the provider for availability. This voucher has no cash value. Cannot be combined with other offers. All services must be redeemed in 1 visit. Tax & gratuity not included, please tip on full amount. Limit 1 per visit. Merchant is solely responsible to purchasers for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services."
Based on their Terms, it clearly does not state the contingencies to this massage. In the event that we must attend the 7 min video presentation and see the Chiropractor, I consider this MUST be stated on the voucher. Also, people usually get off work at 5pm or 5:30pm, isn't it too rush to make it before 6pm and go thru the whole chain of requests?
Please review this matter with Brunelle Chiropractic and kindly help me get my refund for the amount of $87. I do not appreciate working with such unprofessional business.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
[redacted] CDesired Settlement: Full refund of $87.00
