If I could give this doctor (Bruce b***) zero stars I wouldThe office staff and dental assistant were wonderfulThey are a pleasure to do business withThe actual dentist is rude, has terrible bedside manner, and has absolutely NO patienceI took my year old in and because she was crying and scared he took the gas mask off after only about seconds of trying (forceable holding it over her face)and said nevermind I'll just have to give you an injectionOf course that hurt and caused her to cry more so he left the room frustratedHe came back once she was calm and once she started crying again he turned to his assistant and said "send them home!" He could have easily talked to me(the mother) but instead he treated us as just a numberI will never go back and ensure none of my friends or family ever has to experience what my daughter and I didWhat a terrible doctor!!
