Paid in full 2019 for a cruise dated April 2020 through Brown's Travel Service the cruise line cancelled all sails out/in of port due to the Corvid19 virus epidemic. Cruise line offered 100% refund.
Brown's Travel Service refuse to refund my money this is 5 months later.

THIS CASE INVOLVES 16 PEOPLE IN THE GROUP. I HAVE NEVER REFUSED MS. HER MONEY. I HAVE TOLD HER REPEATEDLY THAT THE CRUISE LINE HAS NOT ISSUED THE REFUND AND IT HAS BEEN OVER FOUR MONTHS SINCE THE CANCELLATION BECAUSE OF COVID-19. I CAN'T RETURN ANY MONEY THAT I DON'T HAVE. THIS CRUISE LINE HAS PROMISED TO REFUND OUR MONEY BUT AS OF THIS DATE, THEY HAVE NOT DONE SO. I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING I KNOW HOW AND THEY KEEP PUTTING IT OFF SAYING THEY ARE STILL WORKING ON IT. PERHAPS I NEED TO MAKE A CLAIM WITH Revdex.com ON THEM.
I DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO TELL MS. BUT THAT SHE HAS TO BE PATIENT AND WAIT LIKE THE 15 OTHERS.

I never received an itinerary of this trip once paid in full in good faith a whole year in advance
Where Is the itinerary, the confirmation number of this trip cabin assigned I received nothing of that order.
Just a receipt from you that was it!!!
MY BANK HAS PAID ME THE MONEY AND I SENT A MONEY ORDER BY MAIL ON YESTERDAY. THIS CASE IS RESOLVED.
