Took my vehicle here for years. When I got my new truck I had to get a few things fixed on two super occasions. I had them fix one part and then had to get the truck towed back to them because it stopped working again. They accused me of replacing the part with a faulty one and scamming them but thy took care of it. The second time I brought it in I left it with them for about 3 days. When I got it back I was missing my transfer case motor. They immediately accused me of scamming them when I never got under the vehicle. I took my truck to another local shop to have the motor replaced and will never be returning to brownell auto ever again.
