Brown Paper Tickets seeks to facilitate dialogue between event organizers and event attendees to resolve any issues in a mutually satisfactory manner. Based on the information provided in the complaint, we are unable to locate an order for this customer; if the customer would forward their order confirmation email to [redacted], we will undertake to investigate the specific circumstances of their experience to determine what resolution is possible.

At this point I am satisifed , however this business is still borderline with criminal activity since they still sell for this group so I'd like to see them investigated further if possible
