I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I was told no by [redacted] that she could not order the nose pads. And further now I should have been able to exchange...

the glasses without charge in 30 days if there was a problem. I feel I should not have to pay for new glasses. But I will go and have the new pads place on the glasses,but would like to keep my case open until I see how the pads work out.
