Hi there - Thank you for passing along this feedbackI believe Mr [redacted] previously submitted feedback a couple months ago which I responded toAs I mentioned in that mesage, we are certainly happy to look at the Volvo for him I never heard anything from the ***s following my earlier responseWe try to help out customers and are usually able to work together as we have a repair shop down the street, but it is nearly impossible when they let us know what is going on Again, if he would like to bring the vehicle in for us to look at the ECM we can certainly do soOur shop can be reached directly at ###-###-####If there is no answer, please leave a messageIt is just one fellow down there answering the phone and he is great at returning messages
Hi thereWe would gladly take a look at your carI do apologize that this is the first I am hearing about this and was unaware of the issues you have mentioned - I want to be sure you have the correct telephone number, We do not have voicemailI can understand how that would
be frustrating Let's find a time for you to bring in your vehicle for service
On April 18, Ms*** and Ms*** purchased a Chevrolet Suburban with 193,miles for $plus tax, title and licensing feesThis vehicle was clearly sold as isA copy of the purchase contract clearly stating the sale was "As is" is available and attached That said, the
customers did opt to include a month/mile service contract offered directly through their outside financing company As Ms*** stated, she did reach out a couple days after the purchase of her Suburban and explained the caliper was beginning to stickThough this vehicle was sold as is, we try to work with our customers and I sent her a check for the repair On July 11, Ms*** called to explain she was frustrated with her vehicle and was having mechanical trouble As I always offer, we do have a repair shop We can always take a look at the vehicle and see what we can work out togetherShe explained it was much too far to travel She further explained she had a pending service contract claimI said it sounded like she was on the right track working between her service contract administrator and the repair shop of her choice to address her mechanical concerns On July 12, I received her Revdex.com complaintIt is disheartening to read she choose to characterize our interaction as shady businessI stepped up to pay for her brake caliper and offered to look at the vehicle following her second phone callShe did explain she has put 12,miles on the vehicle since purchasing it in mid April While she has not owned the vehicle for long, this is an incredible number of miles for three months and vehicles do require maintenance; also no one has a crystal ball to predict what will happen 12,miles laterThe very best I can offer is an amicable solution with the customer together with our repair shop, but ultimately no representations were made and the vehicle was clearly sold as is

Review: I purchased a car from this dealership with a checklist of items covered. It says no cooling system issues. Box checked is NO. Within 5 days of purchasing this vehicle I had overheating and coolant leaking problems. This car has 87k miles on it. Turns out 2 fins of the impeller on water pump were missing! It was leaking. The serpentine belt was also shredded through a rib and the tensioner pulley was bad! They have not offered to compensate for these issues. I have all original parts and receipts for work done at the shop. They have not returned my phone call to make this right. There clearly was an issue with this vehicle and they either didn't throughly inspect it per the law or worse knew about the issues and chose not to fix.Desired Settlement: I would like for this dealership to issue me a check for 90% of the cost of this repair! I will settle for covering the other 10% I have receipt and original parts showing they were bad! This outcome is more than generous given they did not inspect this vehicles system like they claim on their dealership inspection sheet they gave me!
