We have been working with Mike from Brown and Curtis for the last 4 years that's we've owned our home on Emerald Isle. Unlike the majority of his clients (who just use their second homes exclusively) we rent our home through [redacted]. We have absolute peace of mind having Mike as our representative on the island. When issues arise, he is there taking a picture and explaining in detail what needs to be done. The crews that he trusts to work at our home have been wonderful.
