One of the plants I received was dying on arrival. I reached out to the seller and was basically told "tough". I responded to his email and have yet to receive a reply. I just want a Healthy plant or refund price/shipping.
A healthy plant or refund of price and shipping of plant.
We gave a full refund for the tree in question. We sent 3 but the customer said 1 didn't look good. Usually they get better after they get repotted and watered.
Refund issued in 04/03/20. Registered notification about refunded amount of $31.23. Paypal Transaction ID: "3PXXXXXXMXXXXXXXX".

Yes I got a refund on one of the plants only because I made a complaint with PayPal (who the order was paid with) and they found in my favor the business did respond to my second email so I then put in a dispute with PayPal. PayPal found in my favor. I never received any response from the business after my second attempt to contact them. If it wasn't for PayPal I do believe I wouldn't have gotten a refund.
