They bill you and theres no proof they were even there? They invoice for parts and service randomly even when told that I dont want parts changed without me approving it first!
Thats bad. Business and leaves me feeling ripped off with no way to prove it either way I cancelled service after multiple complaints about unverifiable invoicing
Mr. H has been a client with us from 5/25/18 thru 2/13/2020. Mr. H has been on our monthly maintenance service from 5/25/18 thru 2/13/2020 in which we serviced his water treatment equipment once per month. His invoices have always been emailed directly to him each month, dated with the date of service, with a itemized list of charges. In addition, Mr. H kept his credit card on file in which he had to approve the charges before his credit card was charged each month.
Mr. H before ever beginning our monthly maintenance service with us, received in writing the list of services that we provide monthly as well as charges. It is listed if any part/service exceeding $100 we would in fact get authorization from the client first. However, Mr. H had no such unauthorized charges exceeding $100.
Unfortunately, due to Mr. H's location of residence he has horribly bad water and due to the quality of water we often had to replace his injector @ $45. This part was not above the $100 in which we did not need authorization prior to. And we could not properly service the water treatment system without replacing the injector. In other words the system could not do it's job without replacing the injector. We provided quality service and it's evident if we weren't doing a quality job at such high standards Mr. H would in fact have horribly bad water. Instead the complaint is the charge of service rather than the actual good quality of service and good quality of water while being on our monthly maintenance service.
The truth is Mr. H just doesn't want to pay for service. And the truth is the water coming out of his well is bad. It costs a little more to properly maintain his water treatment system and there's nothing we can do about that. Our tech in fact showed Mr. H the injector was calcified and had to be replaced. That is normal maintenance.
If in fact Mr. H was so unhappy with the service we provided why did he in fact remain on our monthly maintenance service for almost two full years.
Our record stands for itself...this is our only complaint to the Revdex.com. And the complaint isn't the quality of service it's about the pricing/charges.
