I purchased new windows in Aug 2017 and they were installed. The new windows leak when we have wind and rain. I have made several Phone calls, Text messages and e-mails with one visit by the installer. My new windows still leak.
The window manufacturer has had a planned visit to investigate the complaint that is scheduled for January 18th, 2018.

I am rejecting this response because: This visit by the *** rep is not a fix for my leaking windows and does not relieve Brothers Supply of this Revdex.com complaint. The *** rep came out and looked at the windows. He said he will report to Brothers that the windows are installed incorrectly and need to be pulled out and reinstalled with the correct material applied in the correct manner. I asked *** for a copy of this report and he said I cannot have it as it is an internal document. I want my money back for the installation of these 11 windows and I do not want Brothers Supply to pull them and reinstall.

We have discussed the issue with your windows with the *** representative who performed the inspection at your home. He has recommended that the windows be pulled out and re-installed. We would be happy to perform this work with our own team at no cost to you. In your latest message through the Revdex.com, you have indicated that this would not be acceptable to you, and that you would like a refund of the installation charges for these windows, presumably so that you can have another company complete this work.
While we believe that our offer is reasonable, in order to provide a solution satisfactory to you, we are willing to accept your proposal. As you know, our pricing to you was for product and installation in total, without a breakdown of any of the components of the work. This makes a refund of the installation costs more difficult to determine. However, based upon our knowledge of the current industry pricing, we believe that $200 per window should more than cover your costs to have this work completed. We are therefore willing to refund $2,200 in order to provide a resolution to this problem that is satisfactory to you.
We apologize for the problem, and look forward to a speedy resolution.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Receiving the $2200.00 dollars for the window installation will be fine. This will conclude my business with Brothers Supply and they will have no recourse on this transaction and will not put a lean on my property as I have paid in full for these windows and I will contacting another installer to re-install these windows. Regards
