After eating dinner at this restaurant the evening of Friday, August 21st, wherein I was served cold food of poor quality and received horrible, rude service, I paid with cash and was shortchanged by $5. When I tried to bring it up with the waitstaff, I was ignored. I tried asking to speak with a supervisor or manager and they refused to let me speak with anyone.
