I've done lots of work for many years for Mrs*** son and always had a great working relationship so I'm really sorry I failed to make her happyI hired the guy that trained me when I first started doing hvac so I had a lot of trust in himWhen she called I did inform him to take care of her
asap and he told me he wouldI told him to take care of roof and finish rebate form and send it off so I didn't know until this complaint was brought to my attention by email and again I'm embarrassed but I will make sure I myself will handle this and will check on my customers in the future
