Review: This company informed me that they were going to loan me 3000 but needed me to send them 450 because of my low credit score. I sent 450 plus 40 to transfer. I was informed I would get this money. The next day she called and said that when they went to deposit money my credit score dropped so they would require an additional 5 months of payments, so I sent 450 plus 40 again. Totaling 980 [redacted] who was my loan advisor, also wrote me a letter saying that I wouldn't have to send any more funds and that once they receive this, my 3000 would be deposit in 2 hours. I called back 2 hours later and I was informed now I need insurance on the 3000 and they wanted me to send an additional 500. I advised them that I will not send any more funds and to go ahead and issue a refund. The refund was initiated on May 2, 2014. I called back May 5th and he informed me in business days I would receive my refund on June 13th, 2014. I called back and he inform me he will push my refund date back because I keep calling and requested my money.Desired Settlement: I sent a total of 900 plus 80 for transfer fees. They informed me I would receive all of this money back. So over all I lost 980.00
