Brookshire Dental Reviews (2)

I have attached a few applications and credit slips signed by Mrs. [redacted]. I feel as she was very awareas to what credit company we were applying for (CareCredit). I do understand that she is not wanting tocontinue with her partial denture she was treatment planned for, so the adjustment and...

refund to herCareCredit account has been completed as requested in this letter.I have tried to contact Mrs. [redacted] to inform her that I was waiting for all her insurance claims to paybefore the adjustment/refund was made, but I was only able to leave her a voice message and have notheard back from her to date.I feel as though we have resolved this complaint to the consumer's satisfaction; however, I do notbelieve the patient was totally unaware of the" contractual document" (see attached).I hope this will letter will satisfy the complaint. If you have any other questions, please contact ouroffice at the above number.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this pretty much resolves my dispute. I would like to say, their response was not totally truthful; however,  I'm not going to continue with the complaint as "Buyer Beware" is my new motto.
The business, Brookshire Dental, has refunded me what was owed. I don't accept their assertion that I understood what I was signing. They can state, here's the paper you signed, but they don't know the emotional state I was in after they showed me those pictures of what was supposed to be deep decay/large fillings on the front teeth. Their sales tactics are pretty aggressive and I was unprepared
for that as I received word of them from a reliable source. They didn't have my dental history yet; they didn't take the
time to discuss with me how a partial would work for my individual case.
They were very quick to get what they could, and frankly, they would
have made more money off of me if they had waited to complete the work.
We wouldn't be in this state now. My family won't be able to continue working
with them, and I knew what I needed to have completed. I wanted implants,
which cost more than the partials! They also did not leave any voice mails to relieve my worry and explain about my dental insurance. My dental insurance claim was for under $500 and was paid shortly after my first visit so the fact that they were waiting nearly two months for my insurance payment is preposterous. I do not believe they intended to refund the entire partials sum. It was heavy handed to write to you, but I needed help from someone and no doubt my parents would have suggested I write to the Revdex.com. I wish their response had been more honest. The person who signed the response was not the person I dealt with.I am truly saddened by how all of this has turned out, and wish I hadn't been so trusting, but I thought I was making a good choice. I've already told my husband he's going with me to the next dentist I find!Thank you very much for your efforts.
Regards,
