Brooks Plumbing and Heating

Very bad experience with this plumber that was referred by my Home Warranty Policy for a water-heater/heating boiler not working in early April 2020, in the middle of the Corona Virus quarantine. Please note that the unit provides hot water as well as heating and the temperatures have been in the low 50F at the warmest. He definitely tried to take advantage of the situation by stating that the unit required to be replaced at a cost of approximately $4,000.00. Through a second opinion, we were able to repair the unit for a low cost of $218.00, as it only required an inexpensive part replacement! A full boiler replacement was not required and Brooks Plumbing Heating was clearly taking advantage of the opportunity and situation. Be aware!!!!
