A builder who pushes back on all terms that don't benefit him. Lies on spec sheets and does not follow through on verbal agreements. Interest is in himself only and not of the buyers of his properties. I don't recommend doing business with him or buying his homes because he is very difficult to work and does not care about anyone but himself.
