Review: I bought some items Brooks Brothers at Apr **. The items were shipped at May *. The order NO:[redacted]. When I bought them, The price of the pants(Item#: MR00261)was $38.4.The price of the pants(Item#: MR00257)was $38.4.The price of the pants(Item#: MR00252)was $35.4.The price of the pants(Item#: MR00288)was $29.55. I paid $120.49 for the four pants after using a [redacted]. I received a E-Mail from Brooks Brothers. And I found all the price of the pants which I bought was cut down to $29. It means I just need to pay $98.6 for the four pants after using a [redacted]. I'm sure that the [redacted] can be used.So I send E-Mail to [redacted].I told them I want a price protection . I want them return me $21.89. But they refused my request with kinds of reason.I send them at least 6 E-Mails. I met the same problem at Ralph Lauren.And they deal with it very good without any reason. I hope you can help me.Desired Settlement: I hope them return me $21.89 which I can save. And even a extra compensation because of they bad service.
