Brooklyn Moving

There are a few things that have really made these wonderful people stand out from the rest of the people that I hired over the past few years. To begin with, every other company seemed like they wanted to hire whoever needed a job instead of checking to see who was actually qualified just so they can say they have a bunch of people working with them. I have dealt with almost every single type of situation all because of their inability to hire good workers. One time I even caught a company's mover trying to go to sleep on the job while he was in my home. Needless to say, I did not know him so the whole process came to a screeching halt the very minute I witnessed it with my own two eyes. Another time a group of guys, this is what I call them because I refuse to call them movers, sat in my driveway for almost a whole hour trying to figure out how to scam me out of my hard earned money. One team of movers even stole some things out of my home like I would not miss anything and they would get away with it. I could keep going on and on but I rather not. If it was not for this group of highly skilled movers, there is no doubt in my mind that I probably would still have to be dealing with all of the other so called movers that I did not want to hire after those first few times that I have been let down and left broke. Seriously, after carefully analyzing the whole situation and remembering every single thing that happeneded in the past with the last few people, Brookyln Moving Inc is the movers that I should have been calling from the very start but I did not realize this mistake until it was too late. Technically, there was not a time limit on anything so I can really say that they came into my life at the right time and I am happier now when it is time to move a few things here and there. It feels good knowing that I now have a great moving team to call instead of having to call scammers that call themselves things that they are not. Brooklyn Moving Inc did everything that they said they were going to do and even went above my expectations and beyond. If it was up to me, I would let the whole world know that no other team of movers should be called for moving your furniture, vehicles, or whatever you may need moved. I really think that my words can not and do not explain exactly how much weight has been lifted off of my shoulders. If you want good customer service, good quotes that are fair, and a very skilled group of movers with positive attitudes then this is the company to call for moving and I stand on my word.

We had the same experience with Brooklyn Moving!!!!!! They are a scammer moving company and the moving company was supposed to be ***, only later to be told that they were only a broker!! Nothing in the paperwork told me they were going to sublet our move from Minnesota to Utah!! When I called to ask questions before the movers came to our house, I could not get anyone to answer my phone calls. Brooklyn Moving came in a Budget truck and when the items were delivered, it was in an *** truck. Not even their own truck!!!! They left items they were to move and took items they were to not take. We told them to only take what was on the bid as we were going to move our more fragile items ourselves. Glad we did because we had many broken bins and boxes and even broken items. I contacted the "broker" and have gotten no where. They charged me over $2000 more than the bid and even packaged up some pictures that I had already packed and charged me extra. They did not listen to my husband and I and told us to leave the house and they would take care of everything. They head mover is a slick willy and fast talker and took advantage of two senior citizens. We know that the weight of what we moved was not more than the bid and we were grossly overcharged and will be seeking legal advise and turning them into whatever agencies monitor interstate moving now that I have unpacked everything and seen the damage done.

What an incredible moving experience. The movers at Brooklyn moving inc took better care of my belongings than I could have possibly imagined (or done myself).
My wife and I moved from NYC to Philadelphia Brooklyn moving move out of our two bedroom apartment. The whole experience was flawless, from the customer service before the move, to the extremely efficient and thoughtful movers. 10/10.

Please avoid this company. I was moving from Iowa to Washington. The very second I called, I was mislead. The representative stated that they were a door-to-door, full service mover. I asked, "so the movers pack everything for me and load it on the truck, correct?" The reply "Oh yes absolutely." They did not. The quote was $4000 dollars lower than what I actually ended up paying. Quite a few items arrived damaged. I am missing a 55" 4K television and the mount that it was on. I am concerned that it was stolen, as every single other item was delivered. Follow-up was very poor. The representative was only concerned about how much the final bill was and how I paid, cash or mail in check.
