Rod *** is a personal trainer at Bronyx Strength and Performance. I paid for a ten class package and used three classes.

After Rod did not show up for several workout sessions I opted to no longer work with him. I asked him to please refund the money for the classes I did not take, totaling $315.

On multiple occasions he told me he would get back me and confirm what was unused, but never did. I have requested this via text message, two phone messages and Venmo.

I have text history of the multiple no-shows and no communication in advance of schedule changes.

It has been since January 18, 2020, that I requested cancelling the package. I offered more time and a payment plan if he needed this, but he never responded.

I always purchased a ten class package, paying $450 up front. I started training with Rod in May 2019. I purchased a total of five ten class packages. I used three classes of the package I purchased.
