Bronson's One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning

I am so happy that I have a heating contract with Bronson's Plumbing and Heating in Potsdam!!! As I was about to go out the door and head to Brooklyn, my boiler (the back-up for our wood stove when we go away) began making scary noises! Aaarrrrggggggghhhhhhh!!!!!! I called Bronson's, and they assured me they would be there before noon. We hit the road south... At around 11:00, their technician called my cell phone. He had repaired and re-set a malfunctioning thermostat that was causing the problem, then checked the new "Nest" thermostat we had installed. He found that we hadn't wired it quite correctly, and he remedied that. I then hung up and used my cell phone to adjust the Nest setting (to see if it would work), and called him back. Yes! He offered to stop back to check on things, and I will continue to monitor the house temperature with my cell phone. I can't say enough good about Bronson's Plumbing and Heating! What EXCELLENT service delivered with care, concern and genuine niceness. Thank you, Bronson's!
