I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint
Check has not been received yet and it has been days since they claimed it was sentI will wait to see if it arrives until Tuesday next week and if it does not take the next stepsEven if it arrives I have to wait up to business days if it is a personal check to safely clears bank as per the available fundsSo they can reply with when did they send this check and what type of mail was used and checkI will reply back to that by Tuesday next week before I decide on my next steps

We have processed a stop payment order on the previous sent check and will be meeting Ms.*** tomorrow 1/21/to hand her her reimbursement check
