Review: I spoke w/[redacted] in Dec2012 & Jan2013 in regards 2 service pack that was being offered by BROKE Marketing Systems for $2k. She advised me that [redacted] would contact me 2 set up a payment plan & that I would start having phone conferences with her ([redacted]) & [redacted] about what I needed 2 do & the services that was going 2 be delivered. [redacted] called me in Jan2013 2 set up auto payments 1st of $900 in Feb2013 & $300 every month til the $2000 was paid, but services was still going 2 be delivered. None of the services was every delivered, so I started calling & texting in regards to the services & 2 get clarification of services since [redacted] had choose never 2 send me the documents about the services I was getting even after requesting them. No one ever returned my call or text, finally [redacted] called saying that she did not set up the auto payment & needed 2 start it. I informed [redacted] at that time I had been trying 2 get hold of them because I had not received any services or clarification. [redacted] stated she would have [redacted] & [redacted] call me & they never did. Instead on 5/1/2013 I received a threatening email that because I had not turned in anything, my services would be cancel & no money would be returned. I emailed quickly stating I had been trying 2 contact 2 get information but no one called me back. On 5/2/13 another $300 was taken from my account. After I sent this email I was told what information 2 send & what needed 2 be set up by 5/30/2013 which was done. But, services was still never delivered, so on 6/10/2013 I contacted [redacted] by way of Facebook to request my money back, because all other methods of contacting the company was not working. This company has refused to delivery any of the services promised & refused 2 refund the $900 or $300. Because, services nor customer service was being delivered I had 2 do a stop payment. This company is a bait & switch company & have done this 2 others. They offer a svc put on a plan, take your money & never deliverDesired Settlement: I want my money of $900 refunded to me ($300 was refunded by my credit card company), since this company never had any intention of delivering any of the services that they had claim that they could do. This company knew they were not able to deliver the type of Webinar that they promised they could delivery or any of the other services that was promised. They only portrayed themselves in such manner to steal money from unsuspecting customers.
