Broke-a-Phone

On the day of Wednesday, October 9th, 2013, I went to Broke-A-Phone to have my cell phone's screen repaired. The glass was cracked, and that was the only thing wrong with my phone. I paid $104.27 to have [redacted] replace the glass on my phone. When I came back to receive my phone, the glass was replaced, but very poorly. Upon receiving my phone, I noticed that the home button on my phone was broken. I later returned to have [redacted] repair the button that HE broke. After a few days of trying to get my phone back from Broke-A-Phone with no success until a couple days after promised, I FINALLY got my phone. I was told to meet [redacted] at a specified location, which he never showed up to. So I had to wait even more time to receive my phone.Once I received my phone, I noticed that the button STILL wasn't fixed, the housing frame of the phone was bent out of shape, and my camera was broken. The day after I received my EVEN MORE broken phone, the entire screen would not function. The screen doesn't display a single thing, rendering my entire phone useless. Long story short, I paid $104.27 to have my $800.00 phone broken. Every time I brought my phone back to have Broke-A-Phone repair the damages THEY caused, they just broke the phone even more. My entire phone is now useless and it has cause a major inconvenience for me.
