Ten square feet of *** mosaic 2x2" tiles were purchased by *** for $238.00 on Sept 26/18 from Brodrechts, (their Job# XXXXX, sales rep ***). Mosaic tiles began falling off the backing grid. Call to ***: offered to give a deal if we reordered. Not acceptable. Thus, " We haven't had this problem from this supplier, I dont know who installed, how the tiles were cut, or what mortar was used" Clearly, not taking responsibility for the product they sold me.
Refund for the defective issues associated with this purchase I can supply photos of the problem, which was clearly that the adhesive holding the tiles to the backing grid was defective.
