The customer called our office to say she has not heard from the business concerning a settlement. She is also concerned that he is not a licensed or registered business.
Review: This company moved us from a 7000 sq ft house to an apartment. Moving things into 4 storage facilities. Less than 3 months later used them again to move us into a house. Started realizing items missing (also continue to). My husband initially sent a message to the company and received a very inappropriate message back. Since then in February sent a letter with a list of missing items including costs. Sent this via email as well as regular mail. Also asked for a response by March 5. We have not received a response. We paid these people almost $5000.00 and feel that if they were reputable they would either file a claim with their insurance company or reimburse us for the items missing.Desired Settlement: Either the company can file a claim with their insurance company or can reimburse us monetarily. Unfortunately some items can't be replaced. Responsibility and integrity would be nice.
