Review: Brock Industries [redacted] .

Was promised a refund for inferior work done on a [redacted] pool vacuum . Dropped off in [redacted] early May , received a call it was ready to be picked up May 29 , brought back to [redacted] put in the pool did not work . They sent a UPS box to me I sent back to [redacted] , they sent back still did not work . I then brought to a pool company in [redacted] , they told me it was not fixed and some off the work was done wrong ( Put parts on backwards ) and they found another problem . They fixed all the problems and is working fine . I contacted Brock Industries and was told they would issue me a credit ( [redacted] ) its been over two months May . I have made no less than 10 calls to get my refund not even a return call .Desired Settlement: All I want is my money back as promised $ [redacted] from Brock Enterprises , it that simple !
