CDTOnline viewer usability to the sites on our platform was restored WednesdayApril 3, at approximately 12:00PM COTOur internal technical operations team was aware of the incident
from the onset and worked to resolve the outage efficientlyOur process during any technical incident includes periodic client communicationWe followed process and shared updates to
assure our focused attention with an escalated priority to restore service
Complaint Response: We cannot confirm weekly outages for a duration spanning multiple hoursOur product is supported with monitoring services that report technical issues to our
operations team hours each dayOur technical operations team responds to all service interruption and we strive to deliver our service with exceptional up time and comply with industry
standardsA brief interruption can sporadically occur including unknown or undetectable technical issues to the client or their viewersWe employ several development experts to maintain our
services and when technical issues demand service restoration their collaborative efforts have been successful
