To Whom It May Concern:In regard to the customer's statement of the problem the following is providedAn interview of the duty manager on the evening in question indicates that the customer was asked to leave the premises due to it being after closingCompany policy is to not allow any non-staff personnel in the building after closing for the obvious reasons: work in progress, slippery floors, tabulating receipts and other necessary functions that require no distractionsThe time period after closing minutes (customer) and minutes (manager) could be up for discussionOn the second or third request to leave when the apparent confrontation escalated, the customer neglected to mention that a number of "F" bombs and expletives were utilized towards my manager and staffAs a result of this Conduct the customer was escorted out of the building and asked not to return.It should be noted that the customer has not contacted management at all in regard to this matterAs was stated in the cover letter there is always two sides to every storyWe strive to make every customer's visit a pleasant one and in this case regrettably it did not occur.Based on the facts available it would appear that there is potential for blame on both sides.SincerelyRG [redacted] Owner/Operator
