This company has the worst business ethics ever!! They charge your credit card before you get the product. Then when talking to the customer service personnel, they make promises, but will send you nothing in writing even though they say they will email the information to you. Once they finally send the refund, a portion is sent in the form of a check and the other is directly deposited into your account. But wait, there more! It still doesn't total the refund amount they stated they will give you, after the "restock" fee. The CR department will tell you that it's less due to the "restock" fee. However, you have already paid a "restock" fee. So then they claim they will direct deposit it into your account.....and the cycle continues. It's their game to move the money and see if you can follow the money and get what they have promised to refund you. If it was possible I would rate is business and my experience with 0 star, but that was not an option.
