2nd house complete tear off and new pitched roof charged extra 5000.00. Broke pool pump.

We went back to them with our second home which was a complete tear off of shingles and re-shingled. The quoted contract did not include an extra $5000 dollars. For a pitched flat roof because house is on the coast of Gulf of Mexico. We paid it so delays on our end.
They removed satellite dish off roof as per Bringman said they can do it. and broke a pool pump. They want us to pay for pump or split it. They tried to, charge us for wood that was never seen or used. Joe was there everyday to keep a close eye on them. 98 degrees one man that never spoke English was by himself one late evening on the roof, joe delivered him a pizza because he felt bad. He didn't have any help.
Bringman never got back to us took weeks to get him out to look at pump at house. When they finally came out homeowner was lied too by supervisor started changing his story a few times. Bringman apologized and said to Homeowner you should of not been talked to like that. Supervisor of job was hardly ever on the job. Homeowner was there everyday. In fact he was on the roof also.
Please be careful of this company they will take advantage of homeowners especially if they don't know if you are there to watch over job. After 2 complete roofs. On 2 homes.
We thought they were a reputable company not any more. HOMEOWNERS WERE TOLD AND DID NOT take down SATELLITE DISH AS said they can do it don't worry.
2 complete roofs in one year you think we would of being treated a little bit better than this. I think they have made their money and then some on Repeat customers. We have another roof to do but not by them. Will not recommend. Have 10 family members with houses that will need roofs.
