Brilliant Star Cleaning

Last summer Noga and Staci cleaned our rental unit in San Diego. They were fabulous. Contacted Brilliant Star Cleaning to book another appointment. Someone responded and said they don't work here anymore. They promised to give us their contact info but never did and did not offer us another service option. We booked elsewhere, were serviced right away, and were extremely happy with the other company's services during the pandemic. Bad customer service.

I contacted Brilliant Star Cleaning because I needed a quote for a move out cleaning. 1 Star for the prompt response of the manager. I usually do research online for what I need and don't post reviews. This company states they have a business license. I looked online because I work for the state and found no record of this company having a business license. I posted the screenshots on Yelp previously. This isn't the fault of the manager. Hopefully the owner will fix this. I couldn't do business with a company that misrepresents things.
