Brickman is a poor excuse for a Landscape Company. They do not arrive when they are supposed to or asked to, they will miss various sections of the lawn when they cut the grass, and anything other than basic landscaping they are looking to rip you off Big Time!!.
If you want a tree pruned, cut down, etc, they will come up with the most outrageous estimates in the hope that you will just authorize it.
Absolutely, Positively NEVER, EVER, EVER use them for Snow removal services. They will create invoices that are 100% false and Fradulent!! Again hoping that someone at the location will not take the time to verify the Ridiculous Charges!! they have attempted to charge for enough Salt that would do 3 miles of 4 lanes worth of Interstate 95 On a parking Lot that holds 40 spaces!!!! Again they are hoping that it will not be discovered, and since it is the middle of the winter, you can not get anyone else to provide this service. They have Put charges on snow invoices for the use of heavy equipment to remove snow for over $1500.00 and it only snowed 1" that day.
They are the absolute Worst company to deal with and will also make sure that any crew they send out to you, will not have anyone there that can answer any questions for you. They only care to get you to sign a contract and however they can rip you off, that is their number one goal. They do not care about you as a customer, they have NO customer service, as they expect to lose customers every year, and fill them with other people/companies that have not used them previously or are aware of their fraudulent Billing policies. NEVER, EVER EVER AGAIN, SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF TIME AND AGGRAVATION, PAY ANYONE ELSE, BUT DON'T USE BRICKMAN!!!
