They have been extremely late in returning our deposit as along with other parents requesting their deposits back when their child completes/leaves this daycare. This has happened not only to us but to ther parents that have left. They should also automatically be returning the overcharges of deposits amounts to each parent as each child transitions into the older age classrooms, as the deposit amounts required also decreases. They do not and hold these monies, not inform the parents of their rights, and then keep the interest made on monies rightfully owed to parents. This is unethical as well as manipulative.

Whenever it suits their purposes, they manipulate and change the explanation of their contracts to refuse deposit refunds. Also the services that they state to provide excellent care is inaccurate *** This location is constantly (monthly almost) losing teachers thus the poor service cycle continues.

They also have increases fees multiple times in a year, reduced hours of service at the *** location, converted all professional days/spring break/Christmas break as and additional $35/each day when before these were included in the original monthly fees. They did not reduce the monthly fees but instead increased it again. They have noted with each increase, the fees were for increasing staff wages, however there is no evidence provided that supported these statements. *** We wish for other parents to know of these incidents.
