Bright Sights

I purchased one of their products on their web page ad paid for it with a credit card on 5/11/2020. I have not heard 1 word from them except an email of my receipt. I have emailed this company 4 times and called the customer service 1 time to inquire about my order # *** with no response from the emails and was told that they would research the order# and call back with no return phone call at all It's going on two weeks and have heard nothing about my order #, or, whether the order has even shipped
