This company is the worst!!! Do NOT do business with them. They are unable to fulfill orders and their customer service is nothing short of nonexistent. If you're able to get through to them you'll get a "customer service representative" who is totally incompetent. After agreeing to refund my credit card charge a month later I still have not received the credit. Very disreputable company.

Placed an order on May 05th 2020. Today is 06/17/20 and still haven't received my package. They provided a tracking number early May but there isn't any movement. They don't answer their phone . I'm disputing the charge. They seem to be a fraudulent company. Their email says that due to the corona virus the package should take 15-21days for delivery and here we are a month and a half later and nothing. They're a complete joke and a waste of time. I'm so upset to have spent $118 on their product and they didn't send me my merchandise. I'm waiting for my credit card company to resolve the dispute with them. It's been a nightmare.

I placed an order that says it was shipped on May 22nd 2020. It is now June 18th and I have yet to receive my order. The support email has also stopped responding. I don't understand how a business can run like this.

I ordered (12) Bright Lights for a total of $119.88 (Supposedly "before taxes) on May 8th. I came across this company ad on Instagram. I did manage to take a screen shot image. It stated to allow 10-15 days for arrival. I became suspect when I never received a confirmation # and have yet to receive tracking information. I reached out to their "Customer Support" on line and am getting the run around. I was given a number to call and yet no one ever picks up. It is an answering recorded message. I emailed their on line support back stating I want a refund. They again, referred me to their customer support.

I responded to an ad on youtube for their product. I ordered them May 24th 2020. I received a bogus shipping email from an unknown entity and no product was ever shipped. I spent hours on hold and no answer. I sent five emails to their email address and got no response.

This is s scam. I ordered lights on May 20, 2020, they sent me a bogus tracking number. Every time I email them, the auto response reply is the same, blaming it on covid 19. No one will answer the phone. No lights have been received.
I requested a full refund today , if I do not have it returned to my bank by end of business tomorrow, my bank will be taking action.

I ordered solar lights from Bright Right Lights on May 8, 2020, order ***, in the amount of $225. 72. I received shipping confirmation from the company on 5/11/20 that read as follows: Your package has already left our warehouse. The link below will give you updated details about your order as it moves to your final destination.

The link they provided is bogus. I’ve contacted the company via email 6 times and keep getting the same auto-reply with the bogus tracking information. I’ve also called and left voicemails with the company which have not been returned. Their Facebook page has many customers reporting the same exact issue as I am so it appears that this may be a scam. I have reported the page to Facebook, but have still yet to receive a reply from an actual representative at this company. At this point, I’d just like a refund. I’ve ordered from many other companies throughout the pandemic and have had no issues with receiving packages in a timely manner

Bright Right Dispute Resolution

Absolutely horrible experience, placed an order 5/6/2020, they charged my credit card, send me a tracking # and 6/3/2020 nothing has been received. Email customer service, said they can't cancel because USPS has the package but they are shut down. Today June 3 I called the USPS facility and they said the company didn't deliver the package to them, they create the labels in house with the tracking number but the package is not there. Otherwise, it would have been delivered already as they are operating on normal hours. Now no answer via email or phone from the company. waiting for my credit card to resolve a dispute.

I placed an order for 12 Bright Right lights April 11, 2020. Did not receive shipment. Bright Right said they would issue a reshipment which was supposedly shipped May 20, 2020. According to the tracking information it has not moved from the carrier facility. I have asked 3 times for a refund and continue to get the run around regarding a shipment that is way over due.

For your inconvenience, we have gone ahead and fully refunded your account. You should still expect to get your order in time. If you would like to keep it, then just call us back to re-process the order at a 50% discount. If not, then just simply send it back.

Ordered product on April 12th, received shipping notice on April 13th as well as they ran my credit card. Today is April 27th, shipping notice shows no change and 5 inquiries to their customer service email have gone unanswered. Reviews I have read seem to indicate this is a consistent issue with this outfit. I have now disputed this charge with American Express and will let them deal with the crooks. Businesses like this should be shut down.

I have already cancelled payment with my credit card company. I just want the order cancelled. I have sent them 5 emails to cancel and I get a standard response stating they cannot do that. Why can you talk to a live person at this company? Have you tried?

We have gone ahead and tried to cancel the order, but most likely you will eventually receive this product because once it leaves the warehouse, there really is no way to stop the delivery. The COVID-19 pandemic severely delayed the shipping for this product in transit to over 30+ days in many cases. If you want to keep it, then just call us back to re-process the order. If not, then please just return it to us. We have already instructed our processing department to accept the dispute with your payment processor, so that should speed up your refund credit, but sometimes resolution can take up 90 days.
