Bright Now! Dental

I do no reccomend this CorpDental to anyone, regarldess of he branchI t took me months to ge an aptfor a cleaningI took time off of work to go and was told I'd have to waiti hours fr the hygenistThier Corpoffice is sketchy and accessed my bank account with out my approval, I had to put a stop payment on themThey are never available at the CorpofficeMessages left, calls go unasnswered for weeksAs far as the dental work itselfthey are barbariansI had a poor fitted crown put on that I had to pay $out of pocket forI also have very good dental insuranceThey did hours of drilling and efused to give me gas, even though I knew it was an additional costI will never go there again

I have received the complaint that the patient made regarding services rendered at Bright Now! Dental in Salem, OR.
On May 15, 2015 I saw the patient for a limited exam and took and x-ray of tooth #3 & 30, #3 was not causing any pain but was broken and a temp fill was missing on part of the...

tooth. I replaced the temp fill #3 to make the patient comfortable. [redacted] was instructed to return to check occlusion #30 in 1 week. Patient returned on 6-9-15, patient now having pain with #13. X-rays indicate that both teeth need to be extracted and due to both teeth having bad root canals on them previously I referred [redacted] to see a specialist who specializes in these types of extractions.
On 6-30-2015 Patient asked for and was given a referral to our Portland Bright Now! Dental office that has an Oral Surgeon on site. 
On 7-6-15 patient missed a scheduled appointment in our office.
On 10-1-15 patient missed a scheduled appointment  in our office. 
On June 13, 2016 patient again returned to our officer complaining in pain with #2,3 & #14 which all need to be extracted, [redacted] indicated that she cannot afford treatment at the specialist office but we are unable to do treatment here. Patient must be seen at a Specialist office or travel to Portland office where she can see the Oral surgeon there and be set up with payment arrangements. There are no other options for the care of these teeth. I do not base my treatment options on referrals based on what insurance my patient has only on the best treatment outcome and the best option for [redacted] to seek care from a qualified Specialist.

Hello   My complaint ID is [redacted]. The business contacted me and cancelled the balance on my account, saying that they had not contacted the insurance for pre-authorization. The matter has been resolved. Thank you.  Namaste ~   [redacted]
