This client filed this complaint only after his account was put into the collection agency This cleaning was done as an emergency cleaning; the client asked us to come immediately, and we did. Because we did not clean this house for for months, it was agreed upon bu email that those type of cleaning would be charge on hourly basis, because we might need more time to put the house in a good shape . The cleaning was done by 2 people , the husband and wife. The client did not contact us during the next five day to express any complains. On the website, our policy states that any quality complain should be provide in the next 24 hours. only on the fifth day after the cleaning, when our client received an invoice, he responded that he was charge too much and the cleaning was not done well.we were cleaning this house for only one hour extra than we have done previously, but house was done professionally for 4 months since last cleaning. We ask the client to send us some pictures of the items which were not cleaned to client's satisfaction, to which he agreed,but we never received them. we were never paid for this job. our invoices was ignored for eighteen months. Following those 18 months, we put this account in to collection agency and the client responded by writing this letter to the Revdex.com. Tell us why here...
