Briggs Nissan

Sales person was not addiquit at all.
Sales person was not adiqut at all. Didn't meet our needs on a new vehicle. Never let us test drive our new car. Over charged us a huge priced added on warranties with out asking or giving us notice.

We were looking at a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder. On September 12, 2018 we sat down with the sales person to discuss the price and what we wanted fixed. We wanted four things fixed on the vehicle before we purchased it, one was the roof trim, the front bumper paint had spider webbing, locate the second fob, and replace the broken hook in the luggage area. The said fixing the roof trim would be too expensive but agreed to the others. Briggs put the three things we agreed on in the paperwork. We thought they would at least find the second fob and fix the hook while we were completing the sale....wrong. We had to make an appointment and take it back in on September 19th, they had it for a full two days and only got the bumper fixed. We had to make another appointment and take it back in on September 25th. We were told it would only take 30 to 45 minutes to program the fob, an hour and a half later I went looking for the SUV only to find it in the parking lot and the hook still not replaced. We gathered a parts person and a service tech to ask about the hook. The parts person looked at the hook and replied "oh yeah but we don't have that in stock" We told them we could not take anymore time off from work to deal with this and asked if he could mail it to us, he said yes. A week later I called to ask about the part and another parts person said there was no record of it being ordered. A week later a customer service representative called and asked about the problem, we informed him of what was agreed upon when we were doing the paperwork and that it has taken a long time and it is still not complete. As of October 25, 2018 we are still waiting for Briggs to honor the agreement.
