Dealership won't answer my phone calls or call me back after leaving voicemails. Car still has warranty and they won't help with car problems.
I have a *** Dodge *** I bought from Briggs Auto in *** brand new. I have had trouble with the car making a creaking sound when turning the wheel. I have took it to Dodge 5 times for the issue and they have replaced 5 different parts and still makes the noise. They say they have no idea what is causing it. They have had someone from corporate even come look at it and they said the same thing they don't know what it is. I talked to the general manager on the phone and he said "Don't give up on us will get it figured out" then I left a bad review on *** after the 5th time I took it in. And I talked to him on the phone again then he was mad and rude to me he said " You shouldn't have done that that's not how to handle things we are done with you now" I have called corporate and they told me they can refuse not to help me and talk to me that way because they don't operate the dealerships. The car has been in two accidents but nothing had been damaged or replaced with the issues I am having. I had to fight with the dealership to help me for free because it's still under warranty. And now they won't answer my phone calls or help me with my car. Problem started on 12/13/2019
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
Case is being handled by another organization:
I would like them to look at my issues I have with my car creaking noise and squeaking noise coming from wheels. And I would like my money back form my pre-paid oil changes.
Unfortunately some noise issues are difficult to diagnose and repair. We always try to make sure the customer's vehicle is fixed on the first visit. This has not been the case with Mr.. No technician has been able to remove the sound, even the *** field technician who was brought in to help us remedy the situation. We will continue to try fixing Mr. vehicle as long as he keeps bringing it to us. All work performed has been covered under the manufacturer warranty, and no work has been charged to Mr.. He has been reimbursed for the oil change that he paid for when the service advisor was unable to find his oil change package in our system.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
They replaced the lower control arm and it helped it's something to do with the steering the noise. So they should replace all steering parts. They replaced the lower control arm for customer Satisfaction. So they should replace all the other steering parts since my car is still under warranty.
Didn't repair rack and pinion correctly
I bought a *** rack and pinion started leaking brought it on they replaced ir and put the wrong fluid in... it ruined my power steering system I've had to bring it bank at least 6 times still isn't right I don't think they repaired it like they said they did
I want a refund or I want it repaired correctly and all the parts that were ruined replaced or have them pay to let *** fix it right
I traded my vehicle in for a new one on *** with this dealer. As of today *** my loan for my old truck has not been paid off.
As my summary stated, On *** I visited Briggs Dodge of *** and traded my old truck a *** for a *** truck.
Per our transaction, I called my Credit Union (***) and obtained a payoff amount and date for the *** truck and supplied this to *** the Finance Manager handling transaction I signed and received a copy of the Loan payoff agreement between Brigg's Dodge *** and myself that they would payoff my loan that is due today ***.
Some history on what has transpired, On Thursday *** I called the dealer and spoke with *** (Finance Manager) about how my loan hadn't been paid off as of that day and he informed me that "He was very sorry that this has happened and that there had been a change in business processes on how loans were being paid off and that it should be paid off in the next day or so."
Yesterday *** I verified my online account and noticed that the loan still hadn't been paid called My credit union and checked to see if a check had been received to pay off the loan. I was informed that no check had been received and that there wasn't anything in the system to show that something had been received. Later that morning, I went to the Dealership and spoke with *** and told him of the situation that the loan hadn't been paid and he once told me that the General Manager of the Dealer *** during a meeting ***." *** went and talked with *** and informed him of my situation and he was instructed to call ***(Don't know his position) to get this matter handled. *** contacted *** and conversed about my situation and what I overheard from *** was that he was looking for a check to see if it had cleared or where it was at and then hung up.
*** called *** back and informed him that he would run a check to the Credit Union that day to pay the truck off. I asked *** to call me when it was dropped off at the Credit Union and left the dealer.
Yesterday at 11:58am, *** called me and told me that "*** was on the way to the Credit Union to drop it off and that it would be good to go and that he was very sorry that this had happened and if there is anything else that he could do just let him know."
Today ***, I called *** and asked if a check had been deposited for the loan and as of yet nothing has been deposited or any record of a check has been found. I called Briggs to spoke with *** and *** and they were both unavailable to talk and I left a voice mail with *** to return my call with no response.
To add to this situation this month's loan payment is due today *** in the amount of $***. I have clearly given this dealer ample amount of time to pay off the loan uphold their end of the transaction, and when I brought this to their attention that they haven't upheld their portion of the agreement It appears that I'm being disregarded and that I'm just another one of their loans that there company hasn't handled properly. Regardless of a change in how they handle loan payoffs or the process that the employ it has been over a month since the I traded the truck in and the deal still hasn't been closed by Briggs'.
The loan for my old truck needs to be paid off to clear my name of the loan. Also, since the loan will not be paid on time Credit Report note needs to be made to note that this was not my fault that the payment was late/not paid by me.
We have paid the loan off , there is no a valid excuse we can give. Some times the human factor affects the outcome of any issues. We contacted the customer and explained that the situation had been taken care off and in the future to call the General Manager.
We apologized for any inconvenience this may have caused to the customer.
